Congratulations to everyone in St. Ronan's N.S and to the Green School Committee on the awarding of their 7th Green Flag. St. Ronan's also won the award of Regional Global Citizenship and Energy School of the year. This was a testament to the hardworking and committed committee in the school. Officers from the committee travelled to Athlone to collect the award. They were treated to a lovely lunch. The whole committee then participated in the virtual flag ceremony back in the school the following week. The school will hold a celebration day to mark the huge achievement and success. |
