The Green School Committee are very busy working towards their Global Citizenship, Litter and Waste Flag. The committee are now collecting raw food waste every Friday to compost in the school wormery. The Clean and Green Team as well as some students from Fifth class have been busy planting new flowers and cleaning up the garden area in the Main School Area. The Committee organised a green day on Friday 1st of February in order to raise funds to go towards the installation of a sensory garden in our School Garden. The total raised was €356.88 . Thanks to all students for their contribution. |
