On this course we learned about the history of Alicante, visited the castle and did a walking tour of the town. This included seeing different historical buildings, a mosque and the cathedral. We learned about the importance of eating a healthy breakfast. For example it improves concentration, leads to a better mood, provides essential nourishment and increases energy.
