irish music workshop

​To celebrate Seachtain na Gaeilge, 1st and 2nd class were treated to a wonderful Irish music workshop. Members from local branches of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann in Leinster visited the school and introduced the children to the world of traditional Irish music. The pupils had great fun exploring different instruments, listening to lively tunes and learning about the rich tradition of Irish music. It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to experience and appreciate this important part of our culture.
